Privacy Policy and Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you contact us, request a proposal, verify a document or use this website. The contact-form checkbox acknowledges that this notice has been read; it is not bundled consent for unrelated processing or marketing.

1. Data controller

2. Data and purposes

• Enquiries and proposals: name, email address, optional telephone number and message content are used to assess and respond to your request and manage a potential proposal.
• Security information: IP address, device/browser signals and the Turnstile result may be processed to prevent automated submissions and abuse.
• Document tools: verification or download codes are used to confirm document validity and access authorisation.
• Analytics: limited usage and performance information may be processed only after an analytics-cookie preference is granted.

3. Collection and legal bases

Data is collected electronically through web forms, document tools, security checks and consented analytics cookies. Enquiries and proposal requests are processed to take steps before entering a contract and for legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. Records may also be kept where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Non-essential analytics relies on consent. The relevant bases are Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, Article 6 GDPR.

4. Providers, transfers and security

Netlify provides hosting and server functions, Cloudflare Turnstile provides bot verification, EmailJS provides email delivery and Google provides consent-based analytics. These providers and the relevant email provider may process only the data needed for their services. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area, subject to applicable transfer rules and provider safeguards.

5. Retention

Closed enquiry and proposal records are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last active correspondence. Records connected with a contract, legal obligation or potential dispute may be retained for the applicable statutory period. Security and infrastructure logs follow the limited retention policies of the relevant providers. Expired records are erased or anonymised.

6. Cookies and preferences

Google Analytics and any advertising cookies are disabled by default and activate only after “Accept” is selected in the cookie banner. Selecting “Reject” keeps non-essential storage disabled. You can reset the preference by clearing browser storage.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. 8. Updates

This notice will be updated when the services or processing activities change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
